30 days refund

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For personalized products (which require any type of personalization such as engraving) the right to refund applies only if the product arrives damaged or incorrectly personalized (engraving does not correspond to that indicated in the of purchase or color different from that at the time of purchase).
If any engraving to be made on a product is incorrect due to an insertion or typing error caused by the customer, then it will not be possible to request a refund and carry out the return.
In the event of a damaged product, the report must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product from the courier.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at  sistenza@pendi.it. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

The refund will be provided only if the above conditions are respected and only after we have received and verified the condition of the products for which the refund is requested.

Damages and Problems 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items).

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.< /p>

 

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well (it may take 7-9 business days to receive your refund).
