SECTION 21 - ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Custom engraved products require up to 2 working days to process, although usually only one working day is required. The collection by the courier takes place within the day following the completion of the customization phase. From the moment of purchase, therefore, the order is shipped within a maximum of 3 working days, with an average of 1-2 days from the moment of the order.
Orders placed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays before 11:00 will be processed and shipped the same day, with collection by the courier around 2:00 pm. In case of orders placed on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, these will be processed and shipped on the following working day.
The overall delivery of the order takes place within 7 working days, except for delays caused by the courier or by strikes. In most cases, delivery times by the courier do not exceed 2-3 working days.
